My girlfriend and I were at a Home Depot a few years back and as we were looking at the flashlight’s the store Lost Prevention asswipe came up to us and told us to get the fuck out because we’re not there to but anything he said. As he was escorting us out I started talking shit to him the entire way out until we were outside in front of the store, I made one last remark about his mom and he picked up a 2X4-12 and swung it at us and hit my girlfriend so hard in the arm, she then pulled out pepper spray and sprayed him in his direction. She was wailing in pain so we decided to get out of there so I can tend to her arm. We got home and two months later we get a notification in the mail that we have warrants out for our arrest for battery to a store employee. No where in his report to the police did he say that he picked up a 2×4-12 and hit my girlfriend and that was years ago.. we just left the courthouse today and have been fighting this case for years now.. I got pictures and everything of what he did and we need a good lawyer to represent us because our public defender sucks ass and wants her to take a plea… PLEASE HELP US ANYONE!!!
