She’s not reasonably particularly suspicious. She just wants your personal information so they can run it just in case they could pin something on you. Were they accidentally ran into a criminal that they could be looking for or another state is.
But that’s not the way the law reads that they can just stop an ID anybody at any time for no reason at all and the pigs come up with well. He looks suspicious. Well suspicious is not a crime. It’s fear mongering and cop should be punished for doing this technique to trick you into getting your information and now they have that on the database even if you did nothing wrong.

The judge will be on the law-enforcement side, even though they’re crooked. They have to back the blue unless it’s so abundantly clear that they picked on a victim and you gotta judge it’s actually going by the laws instead of by their mindset of collecting more data off people that violating more peoples rights by demanding your information absent to crime they get away with it. They still got your name all your information they’ve detained you. They’ve terrorized you most of the time they beat the crap out of you and sometimes they kill you. The whole picture mentally emotionally and physically in your encounter with an officer. The chances are gonna be very high that you’re going to be damaged one way or the other.

Absent a crime you do not have to ID. Suspicion is not a crime. And the fact that she wants to try to generate illegal revenue and try to make it look like he’s committed a crime because the fact is the minute they book you in that’s a statistic number that they put on the books even if they release you in an hour or three hours or a few days violate in your rights those numbers get talent, no matter what they did against you illegally by dictating you or whatever it doesn’t get taken away once they figure out that the cop screwed up by kidnapping you or whatever because there was no crime .. those tally marks that they make illegally detaining people arresting people, etc. doesn’t matter. They just add up everybody that they get in contact with and get your personal information whether it’s an arrest or not legally or illegally…. That in itself makes it look like there’s a lot more crime in your city or town than they’re actually is but they go by that high number so that they can create that illusion that there’s that much crime in the city and we need more guns. We need more money Than the list of that. We need things goes up higher and higher the more people you gather names in your encounters with this innocent citizens and a few illegal citizens that have committed crimes.. It’s just basically stacking the deck!!!

There’s many judges who only go on the LEO’s side .Terry vs Ohio and so many other cases from back in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s all need to be investigated and reviewed. As those judges back then weren’t educated and knowledgeable in the laws like today’s judges. Things need to change as cops all across America are violating the Constitutional Rights of the citizens. And this video proves how uneducated and poorly trained cops in America are.
