In Las Vegas, a police officer saw a man with a gun. It wasn’t actually a real gun – just a “finger gun” – a harmless hand gesture. Though harmless, the officer was not happy about it, and decided to get his buddies and go teach the guy a lesson. The officer noticed that the suspect was a black male driving a black Dodge Durango, and saw him turn into a nearby parking garage. The suspect parked, took the garage elevator to the ground floor and when the elevator opened, there were no cops waiting for him. He walked off and probably had a good time that night. But, when another black male, who had entered the parking garage in a different car, after the black Durango also subsequently took the same elevator to the ground floor, cops were waiting for him – the wrong guy, ready to teach him a lesson….

All public servants involved should be held accountable for their illegal actions. The DA should be ashamed of themselves for not charging all of them for assaulting innocent people.
The corruption runs so deep in that POS city & state that not only those tyrants but the chief & all the way up to the mayor & perhaps even the governor him/herself & beyond ought to be immediately fired, sued into permanent bankruptcy & charged with multiple hard time felonies. Yet the safe bet is raises & promotions for all involved bc that's just how we roll in this country. This is what qualified immunity has created. A police force that knows they are not required to have accountability. When there are zero consequences for your actions, you tend to do whatever you want, regardless of the situation. These police should lose their jobs and be required to register in a database that records their incompetence.
I’ve heard about Las Vegas Cops and how abusive they were to the point of really violating 4th amendments and brutalizing the public. These cops should be fired and charged. They have no right to do this.

Prosecutors are cops and the public defenders that have to consider them when defending their clients are cops too. The brother in this case was coerced into giving a guilty plea when no sane person would consider that because they're only thinking about how much work it will be for them and what their friends, the prospecutors, want.
