16:00 "its policy"…."they arent made for comfort" all that bs. The cuffs are so often what escalates the situation from calm to outright caos. It also is a normal reaction to jerk away when someone grabs you especially without warning.
You are right, Chillie. I started wrestling at age 7 and can attest to the fact that, when somebody grabs me/you, the absolute normal response is to tense up and resist until we know what is happening to us.

I can not stand people who drive under the influence, and even though I never ever would, there is no way i would do the tests. I have tried at home out of curiosity. I failed, lol. I am so clumsy, and a light blasted in my eye would definitely cause some reactions. I also have a hard time not moving my head, lol. The walking one i always fall over lol
Not only that its subjective to the cops opinion on how you performed the tests. I have seen people pass flying colors and they still get arrested. If they want a dui stop they get one….
