This disabled military veteran was completely confused when police officers showed up at his home one evening, telling him they wanted him to step outside and talk. When he wisely said no, even though they had no warrant, the officers then barged into his home in front of his entire family, handcuffing him, threatening to tase him, and throwing him to the ground, injuring him in front of his shocked family. Then these cops realized that, oops, they were at the wrong person’s house.

Why? They were looking for a shoplifter who allegedly stole $150 worth of shrimp from a Winn Dixie who was not him, and who didn’t even match his description. That’s bad enough. But the most shocking thing about it is that an entire group of police officers thought they were entitled to just barge in a guy’s home without a warrant? Every government employee from top to bottom responsible for this must be held accountable.

  1. Whelp, this is one of the worst cock-ups I've ever seen on these videos. Basically zero understanding of the law or procedure. This pursuit of $150 of shrimp is going to cost the municipality a pile of money. Why in the world would you continue to employ any of these dishonorable ignoramus sheriffs?

  2. Why are these trash cops and EMS blurred? I want to know what the faces of these criminals look like in case I ever see them on the street and I need to be on guard.

  3. as someone who’s had multiple back surgeries i’m cringing so hard right now. it’s horrible because even with all the money he could get it will NOT take away the injury and pain he went through here

  4. He looks in good shape for a 70 year old…

    1. The ignorance is intentional. <– this
    2. The process is the punishment. <– this
    3. Every accusation is a confession.
    4. The cruelty is the POINT. <– this

3 of the 4 maxims are present.

  5. So just to summarize what i saw in the video. Armed intruders forced their way into a someones home and assaulted one of the homeowners. Where would castle doctrin stand on this?

  6. When McDonald's, wendy's, burger king, and Walmart turn down your application you can always become a cop. Remedial training, now there's some big time punishment for their crimes. Hope the taxpayers set this family up for life. Only when the taxpayers get fed up paying for blue line gang members misconduct will things change.

  7. I had to not watch all of this as to disgusting to finish! Made me sick to my stomach! U do an incredible job and so detailed in everything u do! Will keep any eye out for an update mate! Cheers

  8. ✊🏻🇺🇸OUR PUBLIC OFFICIALS need major reform from the POTUS right down to incompetent deputies. They need to know they do not exist without our taxes. And I still don’t know how the idea of them investigating themselves is a good one. Makes no sense whatsoever, NONE!

  9. WTF !!! Really horrible times in America when you FEAR the police more than actual criminals. THEY are the criminals and should be held accountable and NEVER EVER be in law enforcement criminality. SUE SUE SUE . I hope the whole family become millionaires !!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!
