this video is a little tricky, I would give the officers a C. While they were force full, they did let the guy bring the home owner to the front door and did enter the home after the ok from the home owner. I would give the officers a C because its possible that they could have exigent circumstances because of an elderly fall(potentially life threatening). Some people (the guy in the robe) dont have situational awareness to make rational situations when people need medical attention. Also its possible there could have been elderly abuse. They should be recommended some more de-escalation courses to better handle their emotions.
Cops think their limited authority are unalienable rights and citizens unalienable rights are subject to their authority.

SOME of these 911 operators aint about ish. It sounded like she wasnt going to do ish, until the woman spoke. Then send the cops instead of EMS. Another one just got a kid kllled, after sending the cops, when the mom requested medical help.
