I don't think I own a vehicle that doesn't have a modified exhaust. And why do you say? so I actually burn more of the fuel per combustion stroke and get better fuel mileage. emissions is a bunch of bullshit. despite the people who don't like the racing scene, on closed course as I do not promote street racing at all, when tuned appropriately have a more complete combustion cycle. Any basic knowledge of fluid dynamics should tell a person that better airflow in an air pump will provide a cooler cylinder aiding in Fuller combustion in itself.
I think the government spews a bunch of b***** out there if you're going to restrict airflow in a given system in order to get the same amount of power out of that system without removing the restriction is going to require more fuel to be put into it or a higher displacement which would also require more fuel to obtain a projected horsepower rating to compete on the market. So if you're just going to add more fuel every time you put more restrictions in the system how could you possibly believe that you're actually being better for the environment?
And there's also goes with diesels if tuned properly my 12-valve only blows a tiny bit of smoke out only at the initial rev up until boost kicks in and then it's completely clear. Rolling coal is completely stupid aside from race applications to prevent catastrophic failures at the starting line at least with traditional diesels with the fuel delivery systems they use.
I bet Mr Banks himself would probably concur. And I don't think there's anybody on this planet that knows diesels better than Mr Banks.
And on a final note my race car exhaust system and intake system is highly modified and I did it in a manner that I still can form to dot specs they manufacture high Flow catalytic converters high-flow mufflers not fart cans.

The main point is the only way to take qualified immune away is to make the point of what rights they are violating so voicing your First Amendment and your fifth or second for that matter. They have no room to wiggle out of not being aware. If you voice case law, they have no way out of the fact that they didn't look it up before they violated after voicing your 5th amendment. You don't answer any more questions by saying. I have envoged my fifth amendment "the right to remain silent"
