  1. If you listen to this video, you are playing a dangerous game with your life. You can not prove the state of mind of the officer. If he/she believes you are a threat. You might just get shot. So what if you think you are right. You might get shot. A dead person cannot sue!!!!!

  2. Videoing the cop is a good for evidence. If you start arguing with the cop, he will of course see that as your hiding something, and search you and/or your car anyway. Cops are usually reasonable and just doing their job. If you act nice, comply with the cops reasonable requests, it will satisfy him, and you’ll be on your way, at worst with a ticket or two. If your nice to the cop, there’s a good chance you’ll leave with just a warning. My grandma, who was of the WW2 generation, had a saying that applies, “honey gets you a lot more then vinegar.” 😂🇺🇸🇺🇸

  3. So, did that 2009 ruling over step the 1977 mimms case. Which held that “The order to get out of the car, issued after the respondent was lawfully detained, was reasonable and thus permissible under the Fourth Amendment. The State's proffered justification for such order – the officer's safety – is both legitimate and weighty, and the intrusion into respondent's personal liberty occasioned by the order, being at most a mere inconvenience, cannot prevail when balanced against legitimate concerns for the officer's safety.”
Meaning, just officer safety is the reason. Not necessarily that the officer thins you are armed and dangerous.
