There should be a LAW that if the "suspect" is unarmed , then the police officer can ONLY use a taser and if he breaks this law and shoots tgat person , they go to jail for a minimum of 15 years.. If they kill that person , they get Mandatory 25 year MINIMUM ,NO CHANCE OF PAROLE! If found that it was Malicious, then the Officer gets the DEATH penalty! This is what the Law should look like!!
