It is utterly futile attempting to reason or establish common ground with incompetent cops already locked into a "heresay" based narrative. Especially when they are responding to false police reports riddled with misinformation and assumptions. 😮😢

Included in the order the Judge states "…the officers had probable cause to arrest DeCastro for obstruction."
Mr. DeCastro appears to have ignored the Court's advice and refiled all the charges in his second amended complaint.
