Girl’s Dad Helps Creepy Cop Arrest Her on Bogus Felony

This video was recently posted on the @Sgt.Pepperspray channel, titled “Cocky Teen Driver Gets Chewed Out by Dad After Fleeing Police.” It shows a 19 year-old girl’s father confronting her on the phone (in front of the police, as they were in the process of illegally arresting her) and insulting and berating her (for all to see/hear), helping Officer Scott Riera of the New Smyrna Police in his attempts at ruining the young girl’s life over what should have been traffic citations. Instead, she’s facing a felony charge, due in court tomorrow.

  1. I didn’t think he had the right to go looking for her either. All he knows was that she was going too fast. Like you said, he looks like a mall cop. Is there a law that states you have to slow down to make a right/left turn safely. Exaggerating she was going 50-60mph? Is he a super cop. Take that to court see if the judge doesn’t throw the cop out of the court house for wasting time.
The cop describing her reaction was childish. This is the first time I watch one of your videos and I’m not angry. Not with you, the things cop get away with.

  2. As a dad, I would be the defense lawyer for my child and defend them to the best of my abilities. If my child was in the wrong, I would impose my own punishment and/or corrective action. I feel it is a sad commentary when the parent throws their child to the government for correction. Most often, it is the beginning of the end for hoping to give your child the best opportunities in life. It marks them as problem people to be avoided by opportunity and teaches them that parents should throw their children under the bus.

  3. Notice the guy who would humiliate a 8 year old rape victim in order to get a guy off if he paid him, no the cops and her own father is wrong and the most untrusted profession other than used car salesman is right, I’m surprised he’s defending a white person, the lawyer hit her up instagram later

  4. A cop gave me a ticket for going around him while he was pulling someone over. It’s literally the law to go around him. It’s literally called “The go around law”. He said “You were supposed to stop .” Some cops think that they are in charge of the whole road at all times. Wrong, the written law is there for a reason.

  5. Her father is going to seriously regret doing what he did. I guarantee there will be serious repercussions that he never anticipated. When more and more people watch the video and see what happened and hear her father betray her, literally millions of people nationwide, you can be sure he's not going to seeing his grandchildren anytime soon.
There's no prosecutor, judge, or court that would ever sentence that girl on a felony conviction on a first offense over something as miniscule as that. it simply won't happen. No lawyer worth even a pinch of salt would allow that to happen. So she'll get a slap on the wrist, nothing more. However, the officer involved will most likely end up either losing his job, or end up emptying garbage cans or something. Nobody will ever care what happens to him. The father will end up regretting this for the rest of his life and since this will be a perpetual source of embarrassment on the internet for her, you can be sure she's not going to forgive or forget his betrayal anytime soon, and who can blame her?

  6. I watched that video the comments were ridiculous and it was crazy to see so many idiots, especially her dad, cheering for this cop when it was apparent that he had no cause to charge her with a felony of all things

  7. Has to be fake. What dad lets his daughter be dressed like that in the first place, and the cops boots look fake as fuck. If that's a real officer, he needs fired for looking like the joke version of an officer.

  8. Yeah, I saw the whole video. That father assisted the officer in violating his daughter’s rights. For one, she has a right to keep silent. But beyond that, he’d fit perfectly into an East German style society, where family members would inform to the STASI on each other. You know, American values, like what he did here.

  9. WAIT JUST A F’ING MINUTE ALL YOU PPL SUPPORT FATHERS ACTIONS…..JUST YOU HOLD ON AND REMEMBER WHO IS YOUR CHILD!! YOU SUPPORT YOUR CHILDREN. NO. MATTER WHAT……!!! You can discuss the situation with them when you’re alone with them!! NOT WITH THE COPS STANDING THERE ON PHONE…. My FBI AGENT father told me, if you’re stop by police, give ONLY NAME & address, DOB if necessary…..then request attorney, DO NOT SAY ANOTHER WORD TO THEM! Get your heads straight people, who is your blood!!!

  10. Teaching your daughter a lesson by facilitating a felony charge isn't good parenting. Anyone remember officer Shahouni? The blue line fraternity hero charged with felonies for alluding and fleeing that magically went away and he got his job back? All the people who gave the father accolades should watch that and give these dear fraternity heroes the respect they deserve. Better yet, watch the video of the police Sgt. who rammed a shed and some parked vehicles and fled in his patrol car and still kept his job but let's ruin this young girls life….
