In the blink of an eye, a peaceful day of yardwork for Penny McCarthy turned into a nightmare. She was on her driveway in Phoenix, Arizona, in a sleeveless shirt, shorts, and slippers, when a team of United States Marshals pulled up in unmarked vehicles and aimed firearms at her. Penny—who is a 67-year-old grandmother—was clearly at their mercy. And yet, the officers threatened to “hit” her, frisked her, placed her in handcuffs and ankle shackles, and drove her away from home. The officers did not so much as check Penny’s driver’s license or run any other basic checks on her identity before violently arresting her. The whole time, Penny calmly but persistently insisted that there must be a mistake. The officers claimed that she was Carole Rozak, for whom they had an arrest warrant. But Penny was not Rozak, and Penny had no connection to Rozak. The officers had made a huge, inexcusable error.

  2. My guess is they are not disciplining anyone anymore. Unless they are forced to fire them, they write up something and either never put it in their jacket or remove it after a probation period. They no longer allow anyone to see what is in their jacket.
They also fire officers and the supporting documentation says the officer left on good terms.

  3. these so called ridiculous gestapo arrogant police pointing a gun on an elderly women and yet she barely is a threat stupid police authority bravado should be sued for traumatizing a women and besides a 25 year old arrest warrant does that even exist and isn't there a certain time period when its no longer valid

  4. I absolutely support the police and I know they have an incredibly tough job. With that said these particular people are not police they are thugs. This shit is got to stop. When did the nations police force manage to acquire so many thugs?

  5. joe bidens america was pure madness for everyone .. especially for little johnny’s and little sally’s who were led to beleive the can have a little surgery and all their prollems would magically melt away 🤡

  6. A minor inconvenience….are you effing serious….really??? they literally kidnapped a woman and then held her for ransom …and im actually very surprised the "judge" was as nice to her as she was and didn't continue to hold this woman even longer…but good luck from here in out trying to hold them aka the "infallible" u.s. government accountable for this..or anything for that matter…
This isn't the beginning, nor is it the end, keeping in mind that….
    A pos tyrant is
    As
    A pos tyrant does ….

  7. What is wrong with your law enforcement don’t they have brains, don't they ask question first to find out who they are dealing and if the warrant is valid and for that person, this lady should file a Lawsuit for at least $10m there was never a warrant out for her arrest, all these agents should be charged with kidnapping falls imprisonment, it is all these agents that should be charged and sent to prison.

  8. Who ever heard of an arrest without subsequent booking and fingerprinting? Ten minutes after those prints were checked they should have known who she was. And this happened BEFORE the Trump administration stripped all hope away from citizens… It's past time to put up a fight for our rights folks, definitely past time to put up a fight.

  9. Americans still believe that USA is the land of the free. Dude, I'm more free over here in Europe, Sweden. Even with the free healthcare, university, parental leave (writing this as I take 30 out of 240 days paid leave from work as a dad).

Police here would never ever dream of acting even slightly like this, they apologize for even the slighest inconviences
