While what you are stating is definitely useful. It is also useful to know you are not required to keep Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in your privately owned automobile. Per the Privacy Act of 1974, your registration, and some insurance carriers have your personal data included on the document(s). You have a right to safeguard your data under the Privacy Act. This means, you are not required to keep documents that may display your PII in your vehicle. If the officer says you are violating state law, respond by saying state laws must not undermind federal laws.
I have done this three times in 3 diff states, and each time, the cop did not persist with asking for my registration and/or proof of insurance.
YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO KEEP ANY DOCUMENTS CONTAINING PERSONAL INFORMATION IN YOUR VEHICLE. This is not a law, it is a convenience for LEOs; nothing more.
Cops don't care they will still violate you…the best you can hope for is justice when you sue them

And bro! Reasonable Articulable Suspicion is not enough for a cop to search your car. Cops must have Probable Cause to search your car. There is a difference between RS and PC. The only PC cops can use to search your auto are
1. Detect Contraband in Plain Site (includes odor of cannabis)
2. K9 Alert
3. Reliable Informant Tip
