IT WOULD NOT HURT MY FEELINGS AT ALL EITHER. IF you were yo ask me, if someone had a warrant for arrest, the cops would basic give a citation for a court date, about 3 months away. Then I don't guess it would be called an arrest warrant . Maybe an appearance warrant. Give we the people the benefit of the doubt. Rich powerful people don't get arrested for common little things. If they don't show then maybe a hold in jail for up to 4-6 weeks until the court date. If it's over 8 weeks and 1 day without a court date, then most petty crimes will be settled as time served. Unless the crime is a major felony or something serious then it's handled differently, it must go to court, the small stuff would be settled in magistrate type court. Basically asking for a plea, and what happened, a guilty / no contest, and no court date, time served, 2 months in jail, the innocent would show to the first date, a dwi or something will require more of a punishment. Probation. Another dwi on Probation, 1 year in jail. The first dwi requires an acessment to see why the citizen drinks. Try to help them atleast stop dwi,ing, basically a system where you say are you guilty, yes, court cost,$ + $200, or Probation, or community service. Or time served or the magistrate court/ inquiry , at the arrest, guilty ? Yes then 30 days in jail or $200+ court cost. Or the other options, if you are innocent and failed to go to court, the punishment is 1-30 days plus the punishment for the crime. If they can't get a court date within 30 days , time served for the failure to appear, and the case Basically dropped. Possibly pay court cost.. the best thing is to show for court and have it continued for 30days +/- 6-15days, work days. Up to 3 times, or ask for a extended continuance up to 90 day, only twice, and one 30 day , most cases you can say I'm guilty, you get the court cost + fine, or community service. Things would be much more simple, with very few people in jail, and the judge would be. Required to charge criminally cops who make false arrest, abuse of their power. Targeting or conspiracy, the judge can see the patterns, and any judge failing to do so will be disbarred, fired, and charged for conspiracy and aiding after the fact. And anyone failing to charge them is a felony criminal, charged with the same things, and all will be arrested sent to a federal prison to wait for trial.. with the evidence, a federal and state agency state working under the fed, like the state division of this agency task with government crimes, a government employee fails to take a info request, or tossees one after taking it, they get reported to this agency, maybe "G.E.C.A." Government Employee Compliance (and Enforcement) Agency GECEA [pronounced "GEECA"] maybe, point is there would be one or more persons to report crimes to within 100 square miles in every state. Who reports to about 20-50 people in the in the federal division, they oversee the state division and also take reports and see the state agents do their job fairly, and their pay depends on performance. They are required to show evidence of guilt or innocence , and they are policed by the FBI, FAILURE TO PERFORM in their job , or criminal activity reported to the governor and/ or senator And FBI.. MULTIPLE STRPS TO ENSURE ACCOUNTABILITY… WE DESPERATELY REQUIRE THIS OR SOMETHING LIKE THIS..
