I live 30 miles from the border in NM and have been against these checkpoints since their inception in the 70's. If I want to go from Deming NM to Las Cruces NM on I10, 60 miles, and I never leave the US, I have to go through a checkpoint. I have had to deal with them for over 50 years and the Sierra Blanca checkpoint is the worst one I have ever encountered. Most of the time they wave me through but at SB they always perform a stop.

Notice something else lately with the shitlib Pretti and how he was armed? Both Patel and Trump have publicly said carrying a firearm at a protest is unlawful. That's right, they're saying that carrying a firearm while practicing the freedom to assemble and to petition is illegal. They did not specify that it only becomes unlawful if one commits a crime while carrying. While shitlib Pretti had committed crimes on multiple occasions from days prior to the day of, they didn't specify and instead used the event to begin a new phase. We've not heard the end of this, you can expect extreme betrayals of the 2nd Amendment soon.
Back to this incident, the invasion which isn't being properly handled should understandably increase the attention of CBP in the course of their duties, look for the invader at every turn. But that's not what we have here. The car looks clean and easy enough to complete a search by flashlight and plain view doctrine, but clearly he was sent to secondary for what we can assume was a lack of total submission on first contact.
It's unacceptable, I've considered this heavily in the past weeks and have concluded the government can be given no leniency on civil rights violations even though they may think the 4th Amendment is getting in the way of the job they aren't doing very well. I don't think they WANT to deport the invasion, I think they want to use the invasion as an excuse for deprivation of right at-scale and for chaos in general.

I would like to remind you all that when Obama approved the patriot act at 11:59 PM on the date it was supposed to expire. He slipped in some stuff namely the hundred mile DMZ along any US border.
And I remember the week that this happened because I’m from northern Michigan and where I am from is in that hundred mile DMZ zone from the Michigan Canadian border.
And I remember my dad calling me saying that there’s a border patrol checkpoint in the middle of nowhere
