My name is Jose Maria DeCastro, known to my friends as Chille.
On or about March 13, 2023, I was wrongfully arrested by a police officer named Branden Bourque. During that arrest, I was physically abused by another officer, Jesse Sandoval. What followed was even worse. A judge named Zimmerman, who was married to a cop, abused her authority and put me in a dungeon for four months. Eventually, my conviction was later overturned on appeal, but not before I spent four months in that hell-hole.
I am now pursuing a federal civil rights trial against the Dirty Cops and the Judge responsible. That trial is scheduled for February 9, 2026.
This fundraiser exists for one simple reason. Justice costs money. Holding government actors accountable requires significant legal resources. I am asking for help to cover the costs of this federal trial and to ensure that what happened to me does not happen to someone else.

Awe what? Did you like that too. Said I violated an order. There was no order. Then they wrote one after terminating the non-existent order. I bailed out and they kept me 7 more days. Law🤣

One cop offed a judge for fondling his daughter. Imagine the rest of them who havent been caught. The system has failed the most vulnerable and that pisses me the fk off.
They did that to me in Canada, alleged the case was finished and it was over, then "continued" one of the charges, so they all could get paid: their private court, private court clerks, private prosecutors, and alleged private "judge".
Later, came to find out, I have two "obstruction of justice" convictions I had no notice of, and no court hearing or trial, because "obstruction of justice" is a "court performance charge" where they lost, but all still want to get paid for their "performance " by charging the trust, as otherwise, the private prosecutor has to pay!!
This is why, when there is no case, they do any reduction of charges to get you to agree to "a charge" so they all get paid by "charging" the trust.
It's all fraud.
It is all "private": LAW MERCHANT: legal-practitioners and clergy "law-of-the-sea": "rule-by-man".
Having nothing to do with lawful and public "rule-of-law".
There is two different systems. One goes by the rules, and the other makes up the rules that suit them at the time. They believe that they own humans. They believe that humans are their property.

I was in for SIX DAYS …. Six LONG days for INNOCENT man.. 2year legal battle ,10's of thousands of dollar$ . My arresting report acknowledge everything wrong . Video recorded all their wrongs and their own admission to knowing they were wrong. Hospital bills. Lost job. X destroyed reputation at home and socially … my own Union BA seen the video circulating YouTube as I am labeled a sovereign citizen 😢
