Imagine that a law abiding, completely innocent, Texas oilfield worker is just driving to a worksite and back one day as a part of his job, and his government, who is spying on him from some secret base somewhere, where a spy named Kiki is wondering why he was making the trip in one day, as opposed to two… And so he directs a secretive unit of Texas deputies, who were trained by the highly respected legal scholar, “Dennis,” a former cop who runs Street Cop Training – since banned from training police in his home state of New Jersey – to pull over the innocent oilfield worker, and using the Jedi-mind tricks they learned from Dennis, along with an alert from a drug dog who has never NOT alerted for them, reveal the truth that the innocent oilfield worker is actually a mastermind cartel smuggling kingpin… Except that he isn’t. After detaining him for an hour and searching every inch of his truck, the deputies let the guy go. But the guy is pissed, and he complains. Internal Affairs said they did nothing wrong. So he calls the Institute for Justice. They investigate and file a lawsuit. They also tell this West Virginia lawyer with a YouTube channel, who is sort of just starting out, about the case, and he does a video on it that goes viral… Which in turn causes Internal Affairs to reopen the case and fire the deputy. And at his termination hearing, the deputy complains that the YouTube video left a lot of stuff out of the video – and that it’s just not fair… That would be crazy, wouldn’t it? Well it all happened, just like that. And more….

The lost and phony war on drugs. I’m not for illegal drug use but prohibition only brings violence to society. That violence is bleeding into innocent citizens by law enforcement. Add to that one of the top ten occupations that attracts psychopaths is law enforcement according to a Forbes article. This could be a recipe for disaster. The psychopath in uniform can hide in plain sight and under the color of law. If law enforcement could push a magic button and end the drug war they wouldn’t push it because they don’t want the drug war to end. Law enforcement loves the drug war as it allows them to abuse, degrade, humiliate and ruin innocent people’s lives. They can use the drug war to act on their narcissistic and sadistic needs by escalating normally peaceful encounters into violence. The drug war is profitable to law enforcement in way of civil asset forfeiture, budget increases and violation of civil liberties. We have militarized law enforcement over the drug war. We have the Posse Comitatus Act that restrains the military from doing domestic policing. We have gotten around that by militarizing the police. The difference between law enforcement and the military is law enforcement are SUPPOSED to be trained as peacekeepers while the military are purposely trained as aggressors. Law enforcement has citizens and the military has enemies. If law enforcement are being trained as aggressors then who is the enemy? Us, is the answer. I was a big supporter of law enforcement and I miss being that person. But the precious values of our Constitution are simply a joke to law enforcement today. They are no longer trained in constitutional values rather they are trained on how to manipulate it with no accountability. Because of qualified immunity the last thing on any law enforcement officers mind is accountability. It has made them sovereign citizens and laws no longer apply to law enforcement. Name a power obtained by law enforcement that they ever refused to use because it violated their oath. There are still good cops out there I’m sure but they protect the bad ones. Law enforcement are not our friends. Just my opinion and views.
Anything can be twisted
This is quite troubling. The fact that the dirty K9 cop and the others are still on the job is worse. Without real teeth in the law these things will continue and get worse. There is too much monitoring of the American citizen going on. License plate readers tracking us all without any justification. Our very freedom and future being decided by the sniff of a dog’s nose – a dog that is trained and controlled by dirty cops who can get the sniff test result they want every time. Suspicion is just opinion unsupported by facts. To claim that someone traveling one way one day then in the opposite way the next is enough to arouse suspicion, is totally ridiculous. Is this not the driving pattern of just about every single driver on the road? You go someplace traveling one direction and then you return home which necessitates traveling in the opposite direction.
Until every one of those cops is behind bars and paying for their crimes then we are not free in America.
And as far as Deputy Babb goes, I’ll just paste my comment from the original video here: “This dude fancies himself as some sort of Sherlock Holmes when in reality he has the IQ of moldy cheese. Just look at this moron. He's a cop because he couldn't master the intricacies of working the counter at Dunkin Donuts and he kept eating all of the profits.”

Every dog should have to go through yearly independent training, with blind drug tests aswell as making sure their attack dogs obey all instructions.
They really are doing their best to make dogs look stupid. Sad because dogs aren’t stupid.
There is a great scene in FULL METAL JACKET, where the Marines are up in a helicopter, and the gunner is blasting random Vietnamese people from the chopper. The gunner laughs and says, “anybody who runs is VC [Viet Cong…i.e., the enemy]; anybody who doesn’t run is a well-disciplined VC.” Like this disgusting “analysis,” if you sweat and stammer and shake, you are a dope dealer. If you are calm and collected, you are a well-disciplined dope dealer. ABSURD! As a former Narcotic Prosecutor in the Manhattan DAs Office, I would have tossed any charges based on this bullshit in a NY Second.
How can anyone claim this lying POS cop is a “good deputy” when this like so many is a FARCE and made up as in a LIE to illegally search that man’s vehicle because this cop like so many other incompetent ones like that balloon head Benigno who shouldn’t even be able to train crossing guards never mind cops are exactly what’s wrong with cops today !!!
