    The fastest way to clean up America's cops , is to get rid of for profit prisons . Things will get better almost over night . Laws will also be taken off the books , which makes us freer people , if the entire burden is put back on the state . The fact that this now has federal attention , might actually help in cleaning up the goober network of some states . That state obviously has a severe problem . Bet some of those goobers , are still mentally fighting the civil war . Been in that state , yes , A LOT of those people STILL can't face the fact that they LOST the war , and that its been over for a very , very , long time . That kind of crap starts in the home , or it would be gone by now . Be very careful what you teach your kids people .
