  1. You tell him to lie on the asphalt in the middle of the road on a highway? How is that safe? Any reasonable person would question that order.definitely excessive force.

  2. not wearing body cam when body cam is a REQUIREMENT is automatic dismissal change my mind SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC DISMISSAL if its not. but also needs action taken against officer for not wearing bodycam but it shouldnt just be the bodycam speeding does not equal force used why beat the shit out of the driver for a "speeding" ticket needs to be arrested for assault and battery AND force used

  3. America is better than this and the ability and finances to employ qualified staff. It’s unfortunate the public is burdened to settle for this demonstrated public disservice. Either Federal, State, County, or municipal agencies.

  4. that was the most painful interaction i have ever witnessed. he really thought he was going to die at that moment. what kind of LEOs do you got there?? do these people feel good about abusing other people like that?? no wonder the world is turning to shit.

  5. Way over the top aggression by the cop because the guy didn't ask how high when the cop said jump. "You will obey my commands immediately and without question!" Earning the hate, one encounter at a time.

  6. Thi is the biggest problem with today entitle wife beating sovereign citizen clowns. They beat their wives and kids and then when they get belittled by their co-sovereign clowns they beat those that they know can't defend themselves because they have the ability to demand qualified immunity. No different than a kille who claims momentary insanity which is a mirror because most of them are mentally unstable as we have all seen. People need to get rid of those face and bio locks on their phones. These sovereign idiots know that they can just snap it open when they flash by your face or put your finger on the phone, but put a code into it will pssed them off.

The severity of the crime was not justified.
There was no threat the sovereign idiot even walked away from the vehicle to get his BWC to video tape himself beating the guy up.
The guy wasn't actively resisting as he did not attempt to close the doors, take off in the vehicle and asking a question is not resisting.

  7. They probably had a self-defense class for the troopers that morning, and he was practicing what he learned. You know, like when they get training in tinted windows and immediately go out looking for vehicles with tinted windows to stop.

  8. I would find him not guilty on all charges and yes the officer used excessive force and should be fired but we all know thats not going to happen and if it did he would just go to a diffrent department
