If they are a tyrant, they are already a psychopath to begin with. Here's my plea deal for my most recent arrest that was at 3:00 a.m. because I couldn't walk any further so I sat down inside a park.
Your Honor, thank you for allowing me to speak. I want to be very clear, respectful, and factual.
I am not here to avoid responsibility for wrongdoing. I am here because I genuinely believe I am innocent of the charge before the court, and I do not believe it would be just for me to plead guilty or no contest to something I did not commit.
On the date in question, I was not engaging in criminal behavior. I was physically unable to continue walking due to my legs giving out after exertion. I was attempting to recover my ability to stand and move safely, not trespassing with criminal intent.
During my interaction with law enforcement, I was physically unable to stand, and despite that, I was pulled up and taken to the ground while I was already incapacitated. I was not resisting, I was not threatening, and I was not attempting to flee.
I raise this not out of anger, but out of concern for due process and proportionality. I believe my physical condition and the circumstances were not fully considered before force was used or before an arrest decision was made.
I also ask the Court to consider my prior experience with the legal system. In September, I was wrongly coCurrent plea deal for my "park violation" (violation of my rights)nvicted of a charge from high school, despite being innocent. That experience has made me especially aware of the importance of ensuring that all facts and context are properly weighed.
Your Honor, I understand the seriousness of court proceedings. I also understand that pleading no contest or guilty carries lasting consequences. I cannot in good conscience accept a conviction for conduct I did not commit, especially when the underlying facts and my physical limitations at the time have not been fully weighed.
I am actively working to stabilize my life, improve my health, and remain fully compliant with the law. I am not escalating my situation — I am trying to resolve it correctly and lawfully.
I respectfully ask the Court to consider my assertion of innocence, the context of the arrest, and the importance of ensuring that any outcome reflects fairness, not pressure or expedience. I am asking for justice, not special treatment.
