Hey, a quick question. You mentioned that PA
vMimms could be overturned if someone could prove they weren't presently armed and or dangerous after being asked to get out. I am disabled and don't usually CCW all the time. If I was stopped and got the cop to see that I wasn't a danger because of my disabilities and was not armed how would that be able to go to the court to set a precedent? You wouldn't be fighting anything because everything (hopefully) 'went your way.' Just curious because if we could get that overturned with precedent that would be fantastic!!!Also, you are 100% right that more people would be auditors if we had the safety net or didn't already have PTSD from law enforcement and judicial systems.
