This is Daniel Waltson. He was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot police officers while they were at his home the previous night. A judge signed an arrest warrant after cops told him that Daniel “threatened to shoot the police for being on his property.” His house was besieged by police officers aiming guns at his home, where his two young kids were inside. He was arrested at gunpoint and placed in handcuffs. He spent 3 days in jail, lost his job, and was later indicted by a grand jury. Yet the entire time, there was video footage of the alleged threat, that completely exonerated Daniel, proving that he never threatened to shoot police officers. Rather, he threatened to “sue” police officers.

The judge, prosecutors and the officers need to be fired and charged criminally for their crimes. The politicians need to be voted out too, because they are the ones that allow these evil acts to continue. FTP, judges, prosecutors and the politicians. PURE EVIL TYRANTS.

If I were the Judge that signed that warrant I would be pretty upset that exculpatory evidence was intentionally withheld in order to get my signature.

I was pulled over for wearing jewlery. Just got out of work getting gas, a truck pulls in and a cop right after. I'm just pumping my gas and the cop was more interested in me then the guy he had pulled over. I leave turn the corner used my signal. As soon as I get around corner here come cop with lights on. Pulled me over said I didn't use my signal even though I had a witness. The cop kept asking if I've had anything to drink. I say I just got out of work. He then ask where do i work what i do and how much money i make. I just answered the questions because it was 3am just wanted to go home. He let me go thank god, crooked cop..
December 8th: Is there an update on this case? I hope Daniel gets rich and everyone involved gets sued, fired, disbarred and serves jail time. Any thing or any way to ruin there lives like they did to this poor guy and they wonder why people are hating on 'em and trying to kill 'em!!!!
