    Wow, you guys in the USA have a big issue with cops. I have been watching this type of video for a while. These people (cops) don't look like they work for a democratic country and government. You really need to fight it because it seems like you're gradually losing your rights like we are in Poland with PiS in charge.

    Please post (whenever possible) the officers names, badge numbers and LEO responsible. Every human being does have their own right to protest such inhumane treatment of another human being. Dogs are treated better than this. Horrendous. Thank you for shining a light.

    Why don't you mention that knife I saw that looked like he was reaching for? Why did you cut this so that you can't see that (in the police body cam you can see it without editing) he was kicking the cop? I watched your edited versions and it is a shame you don't show the whole thing from both body cams from the site you got this from. If you had shown the whole thing you wouldn't need over 7 minute ending with nothing on it.

    As a veteran myself, I'm tired of the "Veteran Card" being used to sensationalize these types of incidents, He's a "Citizen" like the so many like him that has had their rights violated. Special training is required to legally testify to this by a DRE..or (D)rug (R)ecognition (E)xpert, which also requires more testing than the (S)tandaridized (F)ield (S)obriet (T)est, but a knowledgeable attorney,not a youtube want to be, would know all this. FACT check those acronyms hot shot. While you at it check out NY native Chasen Thompson who killed 2 and injuried 5 while under the influence of marijuana. With people brainwashing society like this narrative eventually the sheep will no longer have any sheep dogs to protect from the wolves. The old sheep dogs retire and pups will no longer fill the shoes. When you teach a whole generation to hate police, then who becomes the police. Wake up.

When weed was unlawful the mere odor or marijuana established probable cause for the vehicle and it’s occupants. We use to see “odor of marijuana” as the justification for a search of a vehicle in gun arrests all the time by the NYPD. It was probably the most common justification for a vehicle search.

    ✅Actually a small edit up front. Im considering smoking weed totally illegal and their suspicion for DUI therefore totally legitimate. I dont know what Colorados law or case law about smoking weed is though. So take my opinion for the case that its totally illegal, clear cut, no questions. A more nuanced legal situation would have required a more nuanced approach and maybe the suspicion of DUI wouldnt even have been valid making all the resisting potentially lawful and subsequently the cops actions criminal.

    This absolutely false representation! As a US Citizen you have no rights…you say and think you are a constitutional lawyer but you have no rights so how do you support the constitution that does absolutely nothing for a US Citizen….if you don’t believe me then you don’t understand the 14th Amendment US Citizen. It says you have rights and you do, they are civil rights (controlled by Congress) and (Privileges). Constitutional are unalienable (means can’t buy a lien on them) rights and they are Protected by the Constitution. I am a state National and I have unalienable rights and the constitution protects that. A US Citizen doesn’t have that. We all (even me) became a US Citizen because of the birth certificate you signed over your consent. That made you a US Citizen so please reclaim your birth rights by being a state National, the only We the People! A US Citizen is a person (corporate name for people, people are free and a person isn’t).

    99%+ of current *training* is methods of violating, hurting, and killing citizens. NOTHING about laws. NOTHING about Constitutional protections. NOTHING about defending citizens’ rights. ABC: Always Be Criminalizing. AND Criminalize With Extreme Prejudice. All that *training* in techniques to damage human bodies leads to a desperation to implement said training…which leads to a competitive attitude among those enforcers who’ve received it. Cameras are slowly making a dent in the ‘untouchables factor’, but eventually they’ll push society past the breaking point. And that’s when they’ll see how massively they’re outnumbered. Hopefully for them, all that *training* will come in handy when the they’re outnumbered 350:1. One Riot Twenty Rangers goes out the window when society has had enough. They’re fanning a house of cards they THEY built. Clock’s ticking.
