  1. Oh no, cop believes it, passenger has to ID on demand. There's a difference between lying and coercion to arresting. The latter crossed the line. Oh well, enjoy the deposition…and the education.

  2. Yes in some states you can be arrested for not identifying yourself. The reason they sometimes ask passengers for IDs is because if when they run the drivers ID and it come back with an active warrant then they want to make sure nobody else has warrants in the car. Or if when they ran the plates the car came back stolen, then they would want all the people in the car to show them their IDs.

  3. Look where showing off to his mates led him.
Why oh why oh why do people want to test the limits of a police officer? They’re just doing their job.
If he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt while the car war being driven, he’s violating the rules. WHY not simply admit that? He might have gotten away with a warning. Now his (childish “look what I can do!”) big mouth lands him in handcuffs.

  4. You're right this young man is not a criminal matter of fact the police officers as soon as they decided to rest him they become armed gunmen and they're taking the man hostage and kidnapping him so they become the criminals they're trying to protect you from. Let's use proper terminology let's start doing these videos saying watch police officer become armed gunmen criminal

  5. Aren’t y’all sick of paying for uneducated tyrants violating citizens rights yet? We as tax payer have paid out 10 billion dollars in lawsuit in ten years from 2010 to 2020. Let that sink in!

  6. Hey tyrant cops if you're watching this video this is why most citizens hate you dont respect you don't have sympathy or empathy towards you all because you cowards treat every citizen as an enemy or criminal any citizen that decides to exercise our rights you see them as a difficult citizen that don't want to help you incriminate themselves this is why & it won't change until you all RESPECT US..

  7. If the car is off there's no seat belt required you could be sitting in your car all f**** day so long as the car is off but if the car is on doesn't matter if you stationary or double parked or whatever the car is on you have to have your seatbelt on I know it's a dumbass law but the law is the law😎💪🇺🇸🦅
