Proven fact: Sociopaths never get tamer. They always start by pulling the legs off of spiders than before you know it they have kidnapped children chained up in their basements doing horrible things to them. This cop is a prime example of a sociopath with a touch of psychopath thrown in for good measure. Every police department and elected official have just stood by and either ignored this numbnuts behaviour or outright enabled it. Regardless, his leadership has done nothing but allow and enable his sociopathic tendencies to evolve and escalate. He is a direct result of current police apathy, corruption, culture and training – Shameful and really dangerous to the public!
