Itās hard to find someone in law enforcement who isnāt plagued by ego.
So hereās my idea: rather than removing humans entirely, letās overhaul the system with real accountability and checks and balances. Every cop should be required to wear advanced body cams, and if they fail, theyāre outāno second chances. Let's use technology from innovators like Elon Musk to keep officers honest, while also hiring people whose job is to actively monitor body cam footage and enforce the law in real time.
Candidates must pass tests for intelligence, law comprehension, and psychological fitness, with better pay for those who excel. A cop who violates rights gets fired immediately. This ānew Internal Affairsā means bad cops are gone for good, and only those who truly serve and protect stick around. Education, accountability, and meritānot ego and unchecked powerāwill shape the future of policing.
