In Washington state, the police DO use a citizen delay in getting ID as a clue for DUI. I see it in cops reports along with cops stating they smelled drugs. At least 20 percent of DUI arrests are false, and the citizen is innocent. Talk to cops. You will take the ride.
Goodness……what ever happened to physical standards for cops?? On these videos I see so many fat, out of shape police like the tub of lard that falsely arrested the young athlete. This arrest was illegal from the start because he arrested the guy for none alcoholic dui when he's not trained to investigate that he proves it when he said someone will meet us at the station to do the drug evaluation
