I never hear of cops getting prosecuted for practicing medicine without a license. The most egregious case I saw was a cop in Florida preventing a man from taking his pregnant wife into an emergency room because he honked his horn. When this guy said “I can’t breathe”, and the cop replied “Yes you can”, I instantly called that “quack pulmonology”, and his job should gone forever just for that alone, not minimizing all the other garbage they pulled. It’s another horrific facet to the egomania of police that causes so many other problems.
