So jaywalking is considered by popo to be such a heinous crime, that it is punishable by torture and abuse.

Appeal the case above the judge's head, and simultaneously launch a civil lawsuit against the judge and all 4 cops by name.
I'd also like to see the reports filled out by all 4 cops to explain the damage to the cruiser windshield. If they lied in those reports that's a Federal Felony to knowingly falsify information on a government document.
