The over arrest for DUI/DWI that are later proven innocent is out of hand. And police and police departments get bonuses for arrests not convictions, and that’s the problem. Tennessee is seeing this and have changed the law that police departments now have to keep records and report all the DUI/DWI arrests that are proven innocent.

As a former LEO myself. NEVER TAKE AN FST(Field Sobriety Test) By that time they already suspect you, and now are looking for evidence to back it up. Ask for a breathalyzer or blood.

Please do not speak to costume clowns. You don't have to look very hard to find real government inefficiency… unless your name is Dump or Musty.
Badge holders should be required to carry personal liability insurancence for their jobs. After any number of claims the badge holder will have to pay exhorbamount premiums to have the insurance. Then insurancence companies will not carry them. End of problem.
I think officer winters needs to be tested for steroid use
