Video Deposition of the Supervisor Who Ordered the False Arrest of Demetrius Kern (update Part 2)

This is Part 2 of the update on the viral video arrest of Demetrius Kern from Cleveland Heights, Ohio, which I originally covered in July of 2023, along with Mr. Kern’s attorney, Chris Wiest. Mr. Kern had been falsely arrested and charged after he was almost hit by a police cruiser driven by Officer Carly Lewis, whose video deposition was featured in Part 1 of this update. That arrest was primarily at the direction of Officer Lewis’ supervisor, Sgt. Naftali Wolf, whose video deposition is detailed in this video.

  1. I should have explained this in the video about the “objections” you hear… That’s the cop’s lawyer objecting to the questions. In a deposition, lawyers can object to the form of questions, but unlike actual court, generally cannot instruct their client not to answer (with the exception of things like attorney client privilege). They are mostly for the record, but sometimes are abused to alert the client that there’s a problem with the question being asked…

  2. ANY bodycam video OR audio tampering whatsoever while on duty NEEDS to be an instant felony, everywhere & always, NO exceptions. I suppose bootlickers think we should just be thankful that there even are any at all, despite the fact that they're practically a dime/dozen nowadays & WE'RE the one's footing the bill anyway. Until of course it happens to them & theirs.

  3. Officer Butthurt? I like that especially when the description is totally appropriate!🖕If this clown 🤡 of a Sgt., is still a Cop out there doing what he did in this video then well that's totally inappropriate!!! Sgt., "Wolf" you are a piece of sh-t tyrant! Or was!😂

  4. it should be federal law that body cams be on every kind of officer with audio and video that they cannot control and records from the time they clock in until the time they clock out

  5. The truth is that this gang member in uniform is going to continue infringing on people's civil rights regardless of what's being said here and or the outcome UNLESS, he is terminated from law enforcement forever!!
