By now we’ve also seen footage of the Alex Pretti incident, from multiple angles, and we’ve also seen clips showing federal officials clamoring to convince the public that what they’ve seen was completely justified – even prior to any investigation occurring. We see both sides pushing politics and sowing division, rather than looking objectively at the facts to figure out what happened, and then fairly applying the law.

I’ll walk you through what we actually know happened, based on the currently-available video footage, and then let one of the best civil rights lawyers in the country – Patrick Jaicomo, with the Institute for Justice – who is literally at the forefront of the efforts at holding federal officials accountable for civil rights violations, cut through all the b.s., all the propaganda, and give you the actual information that you need to know right now. And there’s a lot of it – that you’re not hearing anywhere else right now.

  1. I used to respect the "other side" was acting in good faith and were acting true to their beliefs. That good will is gone. All these monsters must be held accountable for their lawlessness whatever it takes. There should be no mercy. When they have paid, with their lives if necessary, we can declare again that we are a nation of laws, not of men. The Merrick Garlands of this world have no place in ensuring justice.

  2. Your channel is very good, Mr. civil rights lawyer, but you are ruining your channel with this garbage analysis.
#1 The slide of the gun was cocked back, then pushed forward

#2 As the gun passed his leg, it went off

#3 And yes, they do wear body cams
Where do you get off pushing this injustice? Very disappointing.

  3. All I can say is this, we all know that this was an illegal killing, but we also know how the governmental judicial system handles things and I'm willing to bet that these agents are not going to be held accountable, but here's what these agents better understand, God knows what they did and even if they get away with this on Earth, they will not when they stand before God, and he is going to be the ultimate judge for these ice agents and they're going to have to stand before God and the entire human race and make an account for why they killed this man! And it is going to be a glorious day when God looks at them and says depart from me for I never knew you and He will sentence them to an Eternity in Hell with their Father Satan!πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£ They need to put every one of these agents names out there that shot this guy even the one that disarmed him, all their faces and names need to be put out there just like the other agent that killed that lady! Let's make them known publicly and let some fear be instilled in them!πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

  4. It's was a gang killing Open your eyes the government isn't here to protect you they are there to steal taxpayer money and to in power the money hungry government killer pigs to do the same wake up

  5. It is crystal clear this was a Bad Shoot as the victim was NOT armed at the time he was shot(murdered) the victim's gun was negligently discharged by the other officer that had just removed it from the victim. The public is waiting for accountability.

  6. No body cam, and the jackboot Nazis are hiding their face.
Can you say” criminal thugs β€œ?
Clearly Mr.Pretti was blind via teargas and subdued. He was not a threat to anyone and he was shot ten times.
Indeed a slam dunk 1983 case.
    Vote blue in November!

  7. I'm seeing police officers online defending these shootings.

Meanwhile police officers in other countries are horrified.

My heart goes out to Americans

    Stay strong
    Stay safe β€πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦
