This needs to be dropped. I've had an officer do the tailgate trick. You need to pull over immediately. He didn't like that I pulled over before he got anything on me. He pulls behind me no lights. Starts asking me questions. I spanked him like a baby and told him to keep driving. Which he did. She played her cards right but she drove too long.
