When they were pulled over for the traffic offense the subjects had drugs visible on their person and so they were busted for that instead. They tried to get it thrown out as beyond the scope of the stop. They see illicit drugs in plain sight in the vehicle the car is getting searched every time.
With all the other constitutional laws if evoked what can they do when they pull you over and say they don't have to have a reason. Okay I plea the fifth and done consent to any searches or seizures. They will say step out of the car. I'll say sure make sure my windows are up when I am opening the door and lock it on the way out. Here I am sure not saying g a word
