I'm 58 and born and raised in The Bronx. Im white, btw. I've been beaten up by NYPD many times through the years of my youth, and I never resisted or fought with them. If a police officer is needing me to give CPR to save their lives the law doesn't say I have too. I only have to call 911 if I witnessed a crime. I will never help a police officer.
